Trenton H. Chambers, PA

When I called the Chambers Law Firm, I was facing a legal situation that appeared untenable. I felt alone on an island – that is until paralegal Lynn Hayes picked up the phone. I will never forget her kindness and compassion. She convinced me that I was not alone – and set up a consultation with Trent Chambers. From my consultation and throughout the legal process, Chambers proved to be the consummate professional and staunch ally I desperately needed – ultimately securing an outcome far better than I could have imagined.
Trent handled my child custody situation. He and his paralegal, Lynn, were able to help me get a favorable agreement without having to go to court. He was receptive to my suggestions and changes, and was able to negotiate the points that my ex and I disagreed about, which resulted in an agreement that was tailored to, and the best for my situation. It was nice to have someone that I could trust to help me through a difficult time. If you are in need of a competent and efficient lawyer - I highly recommend Trent's services.
DUI Mr. Chambers was there for me from start to finish. Obviously any situation you find youself needing a lawyer is stressful, I was clueless. He explained everything to me, what we needed to do, what was being done, and the possible outcomes. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders during this time. He represented me well and the conclusion was the best I could recieve in my situation. I cant thank Mr. Chambers enough for his execution in my case and being there for me. I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family and that means a lot.
Calling Mr. Chambers was the best decision I made after the worst decision I've ever made. I was treated with the utmost respect during this whole experience, my case was handled with a level of care that made me totally comfortable. My driving priveledges were restored in less than a week and have never waivered, I am happy to say that my case was negotiated to the satisfaction of both sides and my rights a S.C. resident were defended and are fully intact. I would recommend Mr. Chambers to anyone having to deal with the court system in any situation. Thank you again for the respect and due dillegence. Michael Vile
I live in Md and had gotten a ticket in SC. I contacted Trent via phone to discuss representing me. He and I spoke at length and he seemed like a great guy. I gave him some specifics such as trial needs to be postponed, to which he replied "the first thing I always do is file for an extension". Also, I wanted to take a driver improvement course in exchange for the ticket being dropped, again this had to happen AFTER a certain date. Trent agreed to all of this, seemed like he was taking notes, I paid him and didn't hear anything else. I emailed Trent around the time of the original court date to make sure it had been delayed-- he never bothered to respond. A week later I emailed again and he had his assistant (who appears to save his sorry butt more often than not) call me. Lynn informed me that the court date had already passed and the outcome was a no-points reckless (or something similar). Needless to say, this was ALL wrong. Lynn had connections within the system and was willing to help to get things straightened out, although I had to waste my time explaining to her what had been told to Trent. Lynn (NOT Trent) was able to get me into the traffic program and have the ticket dropped. Trent's cowardly self called me AFTER Lynn had fixed everything and had the nerve to act like it had been fine all along. He either thinks people are stupid or didn't realize the extent that Lynn and I were communicating. Trent has no business practicing law if he cannot follow his client's wishes. People don't pay lawyers to just do what they feel like because they are lazy and cannot read or take accurate notes. I do not recommend this lawyer and I would have been battling him in court had it not been for Lynn. If I could give him zero stars, I would.
