Took $1,500 and did nothing for 7 months until he decided to quit. If you get a tan envelope in your mailbox from this guy don't respond. Burn it and run. Had a charge from a vacation trip in Myrtle Beach and kept receiving his junk mail weekly when I got back home. Finally after talking with my wife and taking the case as far personally as we could we decided to call him and see what he could do. Basically all he could do is take my $1,500 forget to file motions, forget evidence in the case motions, have his first year assistant Matt (who knew nothing of the case) answer questions, and then try to force me to take a plea deal. When I wouldn't he told my wife it'd be best for me to do so in the matter. I questioned him about my case and when he found out he'd actually have to go to the evidence hearing or resign his position he chose to email me at night, tell me quit and to never contact him. He basically just stole my money and when finally questioned why he hadn't done nothing on the case tried to quit and hide. Promptly filed a complaint with the bar.

Fired the lawyer that worked in his firm that was handling my case along with him.. told me that the NY lawyer that was also need as he waited till 4 days before trail was only $2500.00 but it was only a $2500.00 retainer. So as of now due to Bobby Frederick I am out $8541.00..... BOBBY FREDERICK is a con artist with a piece of paper that says Lawyer. CROOK, LIAR UNPROFESSIONAL..
