Very disappointed. I made a phone consultation appointment to discuss a real estate contract I needed drawn up. We own property in Nevada and Colorado but reside in Colorado. The contract pertained to our Nevada property thus needing a Nevada attorney. I couldn't get an appointment for three days after I called but that was fine. The day of my appointment they were running late and eventually called me and said they couldn't make my phone consultation that day and to call back and reschedule. I asked what she would have done if I had been waiting in person for my appointment and she said she didn't know. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately we need to get this taken care of and I don't have the time to wait weeks just to speak with an attorney. Regardless of if my business is in person or over the phone we should still be treated equally. I'm looking for another attorney in the area that handles real estate to take care of our needs.
