My husband and I have four children under the age of 9. We reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio. My husband was born in Grand Rapids, M.I. with an unfortuant upbringing with both parents being herion addicts. But, he took care of himself. Got up for school everyday, when his mother would sell their food stamp for drugs, he would mow lawns or shovel driveways to make money to eat. Now, he has come to Columbus after a unfortunate situation that happened when he was 17. He got in trouble with 2 other guys and was charged as a minor, because he had no money and the other kids did, so therefore, they got off. Now, he is married and has 4 beautiful kids. He has obtained his dream of going to college at Ohio State College and now owns his own buisness. But, as the economy has taken a toll on his company, he went to look for a new job. He found a great job, that was family oriented and they love him! But, this felony from when he was 17 has come back to haunt him. Tim Tromp, who took care of his case back then, is now taking care of it again. We were told after doing research, that "he could make this go away quick, if we paid $1500.00". Well, we didnt have that, so we borrowed money so that we could have this done with and get on wih our lives. Well, Mr. Tim Tromp has been on our case over 2 months now and has made no progress. When we call for an update, such as the day he went to court in front of the judge, he couldn't take 2 minutes of his busy day to inform us how it went. My husband leaves messages with his secretary, e-mails, and voicemails and he does not reply. My husband is a busy buisness man also, but he can't believe what bad buisness this man does. My husband, in my opinion is to nice. He is afraid to upset Tim. So, I called and told him I thought this was ridiculous, that our lives are in his hands. Not only was he rude from the start,but he hung up on me. He threaten to charge more money, which we were told he would take care of this for $1500.00 and he hasnt followed through. Can't even update us. He is a snake that is just out for money. When they say "Don't trust attorney's", Tim Tromp is a great example of why not to!
