These people are rude, threatening, and inhospitable at all times. I've been told the owner takes pride in being a spiteful, vindictive person. Do yourself a favor and call an attorney as soon as you hear from these people, most likely your attorney has already heard of them and knows them for the repugnant dirt balls they are. I'm pretty sure that ambulance chasing was too hard for them so they went into collections.
