Only go to this attorney if you know your only option is chapter 7 or 13. My husband and I were looking for an attorney who would work with us and our creditors, he will not do this, I told his receptionist that is what we were looking for and she assured me that he would help with that, but when we got there he only wanted to talk about chapter 7 or 13 and why we didnt need to file because our debt wasnt bad, we already knew this, other than that he will tell you to call and take care of it yourself. Our attorney before him advised that is something you never should do and to have an attorney as a go between. He was unhelpful, down talking us and all around rude. We wasted 90$ and spent an hour in his office and got nothing but told how we should do it ourselves.
