Ms. Moreland, either intentionally misrepresented the information (what I believe happened) or didn’t know the correct information in the case that I was involved in with her. Either way, one would assume she is supposed to get the information in a case correct, making it impossible to believe anything that she says. She was appointed Guardian Ad-Litem of my uncle, though I wouldn’t trust her to oversee the caring of my houseplants, let alone a human being. I have learned through my experience with Ms. Moreland and the Lawyer Disciplinary Board, that truths and accuracies by an attorney appear to be irrelevant and without consequence.
