I don't know how these things work exactly. It is impossible to tell what goes on between the DA and the attorneys. But, I have had good results with Sprecher. The last time Harris county offered me drivers education and court costs. I held out because Sprecher had requested speed warrants and engineering studies for BW 8. I sat for a few addition hours in court when almost everybody else had left. But, in the end, they dismissed the charges.

David has more experience than a whole lot of attorneys put together. I have used David's firm over the years and he has always treated me right. If you are honest and fair with him, he will be able to do a good job for you.

Paid Sprecher $180 for a speeding ticket, expired registration, and not changing my address on my license. Thought he could get me off. Went to court today for 4 hours and I ended up paying another $160 for a deffered system. I saw multiple people in there without an attorney do it themselves and were out of there faster than I was because they didn't have an attorney handling 80 other tickets. What a joke. Never ever use them for a simple traffic violation. Feel totally ripped off.

I think people believe that if they were caught speeding they still have some right to hire a lawyer and have the ticket dismissed. I used David Sprecher to fight the ticket(s) I received during one traffic stop. 1. Following too closely 2. No front license plate 3. Expired inspection sticker (3 weeks overdue) 4. 70 in a 65 This was due to a cop tailgating me for about 3 miles on 290 before finally turning on the lights. I met with David in hopes of getting 1-3 worked out and David was able to get all of them dismissed including the speeding ticket.

I was in a hurry to get on a plane for a wedding I was in...I told David Sprecher my time situation. Not only did he get my case seen first but he got it dismissed! My ticketing officer said I was going 70 in a 60 mph zone on US-59. But the official name of the the southwest freeway is US HWY 59. Zzzzing! Great work. No hassel. Would DEFINITELY use him again.
