James Kraft is an excellent lawyer, but more importantly, he's an empathetic friend to his clients and truly cares about their wants, needs, values, and concerns. He is blessed with good listening skills, and he uses those skills to understand what really is driving his clients' behavior, in order to craft an acceptable outcome. He has a good "bedside manner", and when the time comes to talk straight....well...he will. As a client, one of the things most appreciated is being informed of where things are, what the outcomes could be, what are the risks, what are the chances, what will happen next, and James excels in that aspect of his profession. He does great work, highly recommended.
