I've worked with Mr. Burton for over 13 years now. He handles his cases with the utmost in professionalism. Most attorneys won't even consult with you over the phone and require that you come in first for a PAID consultation. At least he was willing to hear you out without demanding you come in and pay him first, just to be told that he can't help in your situation. Knowing him for over 13 years, as I have, I sincerely doubt he laughed like the situation was hysterical and most likely was astonished or surprised about something that was revealed to him. Mr. Burton is professional, courteous, and will give you the benefit of telling you straight up whether he will be able to help you or not, before taking money from you in a consultation and telling you, "Thanks, can't help you, good luck." Before going and rating someone with 1 star and attempting to devalue someone's reputation based on the perceptions you gained during one phone call, perhaps you should consider the idea that either you or he might've had a bad day that day. I feel certain that if he knew you had been offended, he'd have tried his best to rectify the situation. Best of luck on your case.

absolutely rude, spoke to an attorney and explained the situation, and rather than being helpful or at least a little more considerate of our families feelings, he laughs like it was so hysterical.... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! dont even bother
