Worst experience ever! Anytime you leave a store in tears, you know it was a poor costumer service experience! My mother-in-law married just a few months ago, and as Christmas gift we thought it would be a sweet gesture to give matching wine glasses engraved with their initials. We already had found a beautiful set of glasses when we contacted Dean (the owner). When we arrived with our glasses, Dean assured us they were of appropriate size and thickness for engraving, and commented that they were German-made and of great quality. From here, we chose the font and location of the engraving. From this point on, it got interesting! Dean contacted us saying the glasses had broke in the machine, but he had similar glasses that would work perfectly. When we arrived and opened the box, the quality of the replacement glasses and the engraving were laughable.The glass was thick, bulky, and cheap - NOT wine glasses - and the engraving was placed no where near we had talked about. I was in shock and disappointed, there was no way I could ever give these as a gift. I told the employee I was a bit confused about the engraving, and he went to get Dean. I said to Dean, "I'm just a little confused about the placement of the engraving."...this set him off. Before I can say anything else, he grabs the wine glasses from us. "I don't have time for this. Here's your money back!" I began pleading, "I'm sorry, its just this isn't what we talked about, these are a present for my mother for Christmas, and you broke our other glasses." He immediately yells at us to get out of his store. I start crying. My beautiful wine glasses are broken, its only days before Christmas, and I'm being yelled out by a complete stranger! He then threatens to call the cops if I don't leave immediately. I have never been treated so poorly.

Had an awesome experience! Needed to get a bottle engraved for a friend of mine while I was in from out of town. The owner emailed me font choices and was able to get it done very quickly, and very reasonably. Highly reccomend!
