We had zero problems whatsoever dealing with Carla! At first I was hesitant to have an attorney represent my wife and I in our efforts to change her immigration status. We arranged to meet with Carla for an interview to get some questions answered and to find out what our options were. She was great. I asked a lot of questions, sometimes over and over. No matter how many times I asked the same question in a different way, she was always patient with me explaining the answer. At the end of the interview she explained that she could either represent us fully, or we could, for a fee, have her review all the applications that we filled out ourselves. We went with the second option. In a few weeks my wife will receive her green card. We got the welcome letter today and it was fun to watch her do the happy dance! I was kind of expecting that there would be a drop off in the quality of Carla's service when I told her we'd like to do things ourselves, but there never was. She continued to be friendly, courteous, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process.
