The entire team at Dunham & Jones is first class. They are hard working, professional and responsive. During what was a very stressful time they told me to call any time (and I called often) and they always let me know what was happening and walked me through what to expect. I felt like they had my back throughout the entire process, and in the end the charges were dismissed. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend this firm.

Changed lawyers. Bate and Switch type set up where you meet the head guy but are relegated to one of the underlings who is overwhelmed. Their reputation among lawyers is also questionable. What this firm lacks is a personal touch. The advertising is praise worthy but it's commitment to excellence is lackluster.

I was arrested for DWI and my job was on the line. I met with Dunham & Jones and they were confident that they could get my DWI case completely dismissed. They said they had handled DWI cases on a daily basis for over 25 years. I was nervous because if convicted I would lose my job of 19 years. It took over a year but my DWI was totally dismissed. They saved my job, career and my pension. I was impressed with the attention they gave my case. All my emails and phone calls were taken or returned promptly. They also have a policy that you do not need an appointment to discuss your case or get an update in person. Without any appointments I walked into their office at least 20 times to get updates in person. The attorneys met with me each time and discussed all the procedures and updates. Dunham & Jones is the firm to use if you absolutely need to have your case dismissed. All the attorneys were professional, polite and friendly. I strongly recommend Dunham & Jones.

The Dunham law firm has represented my family in 4 different court cases. I have been well pleased with their honest assessments and straight talking approach. In one particular case, I and another family member went shopping for an attorney. After visiting 3 other attorney offices, we went back to Dunham Law for representation. The other law offices we visited were generally elusive as to the fees and/or the end results. At Dunham Law, it was made clear as to what we were paying for, the desire results to target and the possible results if the target was not fully achieved. I will return to Dunham Law is by chance we need future representation in the criminal justice system.

Noticing the fact that I was obviously in pain and wanting to see my family Michael had me bonded out before I could even be booked in!!! I met with Paul Dunham that following monday! No paralegal or law student, but the named lawyer of the firm. He gave me a reduced fee realizing that I was a single mom and caregiver for the elderly. So far an amazing experience, my nerves are calmed. I will be updating my review and I experience the justice system with this law firm with 25 years of experience!
