I personally manage 4 properties.
As a company we manage the properties owned by Our Owner, Bob Beck.
I have been here for 19 years, my office manager who interacts with the tenants has been here 37 years. We have not heard of Dee Mariotti.
If she was one of our tenants, it was not long enough for us to remember her.
Most of our tenants stay for many years.
It is possible she had business with someone else who has an office in our building and not Beck and Beck Real Estate, Inc.
We pride ourselves on dealing honestly and fairly with our clients and regret Ms Mariotti feels she was mistreated, but it was not by Beck and Beck Real Estate, Inc.

Were TERRIBLE landlords. Argued with me and took forever to get things done. Were rude and self entitled. Wanted me to use my income to see if I could get weather proofing on their property instead of replacing the heat coils in the house.. Highly recommend never renting or buying from them..
