Once they take your case good luck speaking with your attorney, cause he is never there. The office staff at the Lexington location is very rude and will treat you like dirt. The EMPLOYEES of this firm act is if they are not providing you the PAYING customer a service. Once you are are signed on with them expect to be treated as if you are wasting their time when you call with a question or concern regarding your case.
