Linda Kogel is incompetent and only gets by because of a corrupted court system. Her client commits identity theft using her children's social security numbers and chid abuse. Google Amy Lyngstad or southdakotagov for a court transcript. Linda Kogel Lost against a non attorney while Amy Lyngstad committed wanton perjury. Even the deputy Sheriff was found by the court to be an unreliable witness.
