Further more, From the first, David and his staff were warm, caring, understanding, and above all else, they looked into our eyes and knew we were telling the truth. THey were personally incensed at the system's treatment of us, but they were realistic, open, and honest about the realities of the situation. Unlike every other person, organization, or insititution we came into contact with (except for Ashley and Pat from Family Resources, who were also awesome) David and his staff actually took the time to learn what type of people we were. I consider he and his staff to be friends now, and though I hope to never need to retain him again for his services, we like them well enough we got them christmas presents.
