Highly Recommended! After having several bad and one horrific customer service experience with the Apple authorized repair center located in downtown State College (where the manager was highly insulting and actually hung up the phone on me at one point), I was desperate to find another repair service to work on my Macs. I found PC Medics on the Apple support website and gave them a call. Mark and Cyndy Engle have done a fantastic job of taking care of my Macs since then, doing warranty repairs on my Mac Mini and upgrading the hard drive in my MacBook Pro. They are often in State College, and have picked my machines, taken them back to the shop to work on them, and delivered them right back to my home when the work was complete. I'm so glad to have found a local repair center that I can trust. Mark and Cyndy are prompt, courteous, and definitely know their Macs. They have my business for as long as they're in the area.
