I recently served as executor for the estate of my aunt, and I was fortunate to select David Lucas as our estate attorney. As an out-of-state resident, I had no idea how to proceed with my duties and I needed lots of hand holding. The estate was unusual and complex, involving the sale of real estate as well as much escheated property. Mr Lucas and his associates promptly and patiently led me through each step. I feel that their fees were modest, and they were quite sensitive to keeping their fees as low as possible.
