Greg Swank is the kind of lawyer that makes lawyers look bad. He took friend of mine's divorce case and said that it seemed to be a simple case, then over the next 8 weeks returned no calls, emails, or communication of any kind. He didn't have a secretary and forwarded all calls to a return service which had no ability to get in touch with him. Finally, I visited the office with my friend and we found his storefront unlocked with no one there at all. Every client and case he had was in full view of anyone that could walk into his office. Finally after leaving an angry note in full view, he returned a call and immediately changed his story and pointed out that her case was extremely difficult. She finally got her retainer back, and got a new lawyer that acted on her case the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!
