I will have to agree with the below comment in 2008. Mr. Sullivan is notorious for dragging out cases. I raised my child in a good home for nearly his entire life to date. He is now living with his dad and will be 18 in 44 days. I am now being sued for Child Custody... What a joke! I am sure Mr. Sullivan is telling the father that if he has legal custody that he will too, not have to pay child support arrears in the amount of nearly $10,000. This is what gives attorneys a bad name.
Jr advised to drag out case and I would not have to pay back child support; wrong I got stuck with 18 mths back child support. He is more interested in the money instead of the job at hand. He would not take credit for error, back child support was figured wrong he told me to wait 3 mths and the court would rehear it. But of course he wanted more money. This should had been done on his dime. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
After I paid him, I could never get him on the phone or get the matter resolved within the time I needed. I terminated his services and hired another attorney.
