I work for a local real estate investment company and was only inquiring regarding a property one of his clients owns. His client gave me his information to contact to find out the status of their trust. Upon our first ever conversation, this man decided to get flustered and started spatting out ugly, obscene gestures based on his opinion of "sleaze bag" companies who go to a 3 day real estate seminar. In my professional opinion, he is not worth the time or the money if you use him as your attorney, because he is childish and apparently to hold an intelligent conversation. I was truly appalled at the level of professionalism this man expels from himself.
