Diana was "my" attorney in 2008, and I still haven't forgiven her. My ex and his lawyer convinced me that it was routine for my ex to pay for my lawyer while we put together a collaborative child support and visitation agreement. (Don't buy that one! Total lies!) Diana repeatedly assured me that I should take the horrible deal that my ex was offering and became rude and pushy when I questioned her. It didn't seem right, so I hired my own lawyer. It turns out, I would have lost $426 a month and 83% of childcare and medical expenses if I had listened to Diana Deyo-Ryan and not my gut! This woman has pictures of her young children up in her office! And she would treat another mother like that? What a snake in the grass. Stay away from her,,,and probably her entire firm.
