William Hudson Attorney

I feel so blessed to have Bill in our family's life. We have a complicated situation with blended family and a special needs child. He was able to explain how our decisions in estate planning would affect each of us individually, and our heirs. His patient and compassionate care to our situation was a heartfelt and generous gift that we are forever grateful for. My wife has worked in the legal industry for almost 10 years. She could have used anyone for this service, but Bill was the clear and only choice.
My husband and I recently got our Trust done with Bill and it was a really easy and comfortable process. It included our wills and powers of attorney. I had been putting it off for such a long time but it was really bothering me. We only have one child and I really wanted to make sure she didn't have a hard time if anything happened to us. It was a great relief the day we signed our documents. I have to say after reading the other review here (why aren't there more?) I was really shocked. Bill is such an easy-going, embracing kind person. Funny, he looks like an attorney and he sounds like one but he is so down to earth. I was really at ease with him and not intimidated like I have been with other attorneys in the past. I really have to question that other review. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
I met Bill when he volunteered to help with a guardianship situation, spending many hours helping a local woman who was incapacitated and needed legal assistance but had no way to pay for it. Needless to say, we were very lucky to find someone with Bill's experience and a such a big heart to match. Just as important, he's an extremely competent attorney who has provided great help and advice. Since then, my wife and I have had Bill review and update our estate plan. We highly recommend him for anyone who needs help and advice with estate planning, wills, trusts, etc.
William Hudson helped me with some complicated estate issues and I am so grateful to have that kind of professional upbeat help! Many thanks for solving my problems and questions quickly and easily! Highly recommend his services.
In regards to the estate of my late mother my attorney in Taos recommended Attorney Bill Hudson to represent my mother's estate and settle her affairs. My first meeting with Mr. Hudson was @ his office in Taos, NM and he seemed pleasant enough. However my future discourses with this person have shown him to be a callous rude and quite possibly racist individual who has repeatedly harassed me in regards to settling my mother's estate, @ one point I spoke with him on the phone, he was so rude and nasty, I was aghast. When I spoke with him again a few days later and I mentioned his rude nasty demeanor in our prior telephone conversation he acknowledged his rudeness like, "Yeah, so what."Hardly the type of manner one would expect from an attorney who is allegedly well-versed in handling estate and probate matters. His information has been misleading, if not downright mendacious and I have been given the distinct impression that instead of settling my mother's estate in a fair and equitable manner it appears that "sides" may have been chosen and any interest that I may have had in my mother's will has been disregarded. A horrible, horrible human being. I have actually chosen to walk away rather than have to deal with this individual on any level.
