If you are using this firm and if an Atty by the name of Kathleen Hickey still works there, avoid her like the Bubonic Plague. A total incompetent. If she represents you shortly you will swear she is working for the opposing side. In my case it could have been true as their was a lot of money on the other side. And be weary of Michael Iacopino (Jr. Partner). He is a snake in the grass. Lazy, and hardly completely truthful or completely on your side. He will make a deal and not tell you all of what he has committed to or agreed to hence, implying you may have some culpability in what he is supposed to be defending you for. In short stay away from this firm.
