I would recomend him to anybody who can afford him. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things to those of us who dont know the law. His paralegal is great because when he is busy she can answer your questions too. The only downfall is the cost. $200 consultation and $7500 retainer. I dont mind because I am paying for quality. He cares about his cliant more than his paycheck which is rare in lawyers.

Dave Bland won for myself and my company, in State Court, the largest amount ever awarded in Union Counnty to that time. The trial took almost two weeks, and the jury was out less than two hours. In order to collect the judgment, a second trial was needed in Federel Court. There we again won and recovered the amount of the State Court Judgment plus the interest on that judgment.
