Never hire these group if you were in a car accident. I hired them for my son, and after one year they dropped the case, and left my son with a huge medical bill and his credit ruined.
The medical bill was never sent to our insurance to be paid, the doctor had a medical billing company that took over the bill and apparently made my son sign a paper saying that he agrees to not send this bill to our insurance. All this in agreement with Brad balaban!!!
My son apparently signed the paper without knowing that the paper was really for.
Dishonest people, they do not care about helping you. They do care about get a big settlement so they can make money!
They care more about the money they'll make off of your accident than anything else. Do not hire this firm. Stay away at all costs. Learn from my mistake.
I am disappointed with the service my daughter is receiving from this Law Firm. She is a college student at UNC-Charlotte and decided to go with this firm after an accident and they have never returned a call since electing them as her lawyer.
