I had heard nothing but great things about the DeMayo Law Firm so I prayed and I was given confirmation 3 times in 1 day to use this wonderful firm. I got in accident on Feb 14th 2012. After going back and forth with the insurance adjuster I decided that I may need to contact a lawyer. I picked DeMayo cause of the commercials on TV and the intial meeting meeting with a rep from their office. After what is now 6 months and 4months of lawyer contact I am NOT hearing from their office at all. They told me the first week of july it would all be settled and that week went by, then was told again it would be the next week. I have called and left SEVERAL messages and even talked to the main office and asked to speak with an attorney instead of rep. It is now the end of July and I still have yet to hear anything or get a return call. They have LIED to me over and over and no one cares or doing anything about it. They don't seem to care about the ppl they rep. Once I am threw with them I will NEVER use them again. WORSE service I have ever gotten. A lawyer for an accident is a GOOD idea but NOT the law offices of DeMayo. I would advise checking in with diffrent lawyers that do this and speacialize in accidents before just picking one.
