I used Brock Payne and Meece for my divorce. I had very clear guidelines that I wanted an amicable end to the relationship and that the goal was to ensure that the kids were in the best shape possible. They gave expert advice on every aspect of my separation agreement. When I outlined elements of the agreement that were out of the ordinary they provided explanation of what could go wrong and how elements would be interpreted. In short, they heeded my intent, but still ensured I was protected or at least understood what I was getting into at every turn. I really couldn't have asked for any more from this firm and I have used them twice since for amendments to my divorce agreement that my ex and I have needed to implement. In both cases, turnaround was quick and language was accurate to my stated intent. In short, they are a great law firm with knowledgeable and understanding attorneys who keep the client's wishes in mind at all times. I'd absolutely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Barri Payne! I was referred to her through my employer to work out a custody order with my former life partner. Barri worked tirelessly with me and my former partner's attorney to secure an agreement acceptable to both parties with the best interest of the children in mind. Barri also made it possible to file the custody order with the court system, allowing for both parties to be legally bound by it. Since the filing of the custody order through the court system, Barri has continued to be a valuable resource.

I second the previous rating. She lost my "in the bag" lawsuit for me and left me before court.
