Great law firm, they say Crowe is the best for a reason. Mr. Crowe is very hands on with his clients. I didn't feel left out of the loop or feel pressured to go one route or another. If I had a question or was unsure about anything he would always call me back within 24 hours or would make an appointment to meet in person if I needed. Emerald isle police department was trying to railroad me . If you visit that island go to the beach and get out. Don't stick around. Especially if you're not wealthy. I immediately hired Roger Crowe and did not regret it. He expertly picked apart they're case, showed holes you could drive trucks through, and he drove those points in with the prosecutor. Plus Mr. Crowe's 25 years experience inside this local court system garnering respect with its officials is an extremely valuable advantage to have in your corner. In the end he got my charges dissmissed. I never had to go through a trial. But even if we had I am totally convinced Crowe would have utterly eviscerated the state's case in court. When you go to Carteret district court you will see a funny thing. All the lawyers give Crowe the whole defense table, they won't use it. They stack they're cases up in a line on a side bar which is a narrow part of the witness booth. Haha that sight really gives you some relief in court when that's your lawyer.

Best lawyers ever, hands down!! Not sure why there are other people saying negative things, because these guys are top notch! You get what you pay for. My husband and I were visiting relatives that were on vacation, when we were pulled over by an Indian Beach Police officer after he ran our tags..this island is horrible for bothering people for no reason. To sum it up, I carry a concealed weapon with a NC Concealed Carry Permit. My husband was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, and I was charged with failure to notify an officer in a timely manner that I had my concealed weapon. We are upstanding citizens that were minding our own business, and we were treated like we were hard core criminals when it was truly a technicality that can be interpreted different ways. We were not breaking any laws, but we were still charged. My husband was facing prison time, and I could have lost my permit and my gun. The Crowe Law firm came highly recommended, and for good reason. Roger Crowe represented my husband, and Matthew Godwin represented me. They worked hard, and both of our cases were dismissed. We live out of town, so the law firm did everything for us so we only had to come into town on the day the case was dismissed. We could not have asked to be treated better! They were up front with what we were facing, and did everything they said they would with no issues. Bottom line…these are the guys you need to hire if you get into any trouble in the county!
