As soon as I walked into the office and met with Mr. Ruben, I knew he was the man to get the job done. All through my case, he was personable, available, sincere, empathetic and considerate. He was able to make me laugh when situations became chaotic and intense. Mr. Ruben heard what I had to say and worked diligently to get the job done. At one point during the case, he worked the entire weekend prepping for the case to ensure that all bases were covered.
