I called the firm with general question about traffic ticket violationas I was not sure if that required an attorney or not
The gentleman who picked the phone was extremly helpful and knowledgeable
He explained all the options and even told me that I won't need an attorney
My court appearance for traffic violation is yet to come. I was very nervous as this is my first ticket . But after talking to the gentleman I am feeling better.
I hope I feel the same after the court appearance.
Not many people give their time over phone for free so I was highly impressed with him and in case I need an attorney in future he is my first choice.
Plus this was Saturday when had tried calling 10 firms already and this one last in list picked up the phone
