This is hands down the worst landlord experience I have ever head. The only good thing about these apartment is the price and location. I admit, its nice to save money in a good location, but in this case it is so not worth it. You get what you paid for and that saying could not be more true in this situation. Harry yells at everyone. He is extremely rude and unaccommodating. He always insists that whatever the problem was is the fault of the renter despite the fact that the buildings are old and poorly kept up. The cheapest method possible is always used when there is an issue that needs to be fixed. Problems range from minimal (horrible orange paint color for the walls) to huge (rats around/in the apartment). I can not say enough bad things about this business and the apartments that are part of it. Calling about a maintenance issue (and there are tons because the buildings are in such poor repair) is always the biggest struggle. I can not express how relieved I will be to not live in a building that is run by this business.

The landlord, Harry, NEVER calls anyone back. We have had so many problems with our apartment (the ceiling collapsed, no one ever shoveling the walks, no lighing outside the apartment, mold, enormous bugs, no insulation, never depositing rent checks for 3 months, etc, etc, ect) and this guy is the definition of a slum lord and I cannot wait to move out of this place. He has even yelled at me and my roommates so severely at times (because his maintenance people locked us out) that he made my roommate cry. He is the worst and no one should give this awful man business.

Worst landlord! He never calls back. He schedules construction on a Sat morning without your notice. He waits to cash rent checks until they have piled up for 2-3 months. This guy has no clue whats going on.
