Stephen Blackburn handled my rear end accident. I attempted to handle the case on my own, but the responsible party's insurance company was so rude and not willing to work with me. I spent a year in recovery & the other insured did not have ample insurance. With any other attorney, I would have had to come up with money out of my pocket to close this case. Stephen took time to get to know me & allowed me the opportunity to do some of the leg work myself. This saved me money & allowed me to come out of this case with some compensation. He also worked with my health insurance company to reduce their liability, in order to save me money. He is truly one of the most upstanding people I know and most definitely the most honest attorney I have worked with. I worked at a physical therapy office for about six months. During that I time, I worked with several injury lawyers in the area and their clients (our patients). Many of those clients did not walk away with any money due the high attorney fees. In my opinion, the person being injured is owed some compensation for all of the time & hassle caused by someone else's mistake. I would highly recommend Stephen Blackburn.
