I recently used Mr. Brian W. Pettersson for a family law matter. Although the matter was contested the attorney was able to resolve all of the issues with regards to child support as well as custody with relative ease. Considering how contested the matter was I really expected to end up in Court to be able to resolve it. All of our issues were resolved prior to any court hearing. I found this to be great because I was on a limited budget and Mr. Pettersson was able to keep my expenses low. My calls were always returned within a few hours, either by the attorney or his assistant. Also, I found Mr. Pettersson's rates to be comperable if not better than all other attorneys in the area. Finally, although my family law matter was not "fun" by any stretch of the imagination, Mr. Pettersson was able to keep me in good spirits through a difficult time. I found his "bedside manner" to be excellent and he was never too busy for me or my case. Overall an excellent experience considering the difficulty of the issues.
