Awful personal experience with this very unprofessional attorney. Complaint to be filed with the Georgia State Bar imminently. Aside from a substandard service, when I was forced to attend her offices without an appointment as she failed to respond to multiple requests to have a telephone conference to discuss my issues and whether we could work together on my case going forward, her behavior became very threatening towards myself and my 5 month old baby. She threw an A4 envelope at me which contained a copy of my papers and her withdrawal letter, came into my personal space, became verbally abusive and threatened if I didnt leave immediately she would phone the police!!! I was shell shocked at this behavior! Having since read other reviews about her, it appears I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior from her.

I hate to see such negative comments go out about Susan Brown. She was very caring and patient during my recent case. She is very knowledgeable and made sure she had all my questions answered so that I understood my case and all its options. You can count on excellent representation from from Susan. She does not deal with cases; she helps people!
