i had similar experiences as the two other clients who commented on this page. jorge has too many irons in the fire for sure and he and his staff are not very easy to get a hold of or to keep you on top of what is going on with your case. i also think he was misleading in the beginning, and could have done a better job investigating my case. i would not use mr colon or his office again. also had the same experience with his paralegal stacey.

Very poor follow through, did or would not prepare final documents, never said there would be an extra charge, and for the money paid he did a very poor job. Very disappointing

Yes Jorge is a con-artist. Plenty of time to collect fees but a 'practicing attorney'....yea he's that at best. He has too many irons in the fire and after he's put his endeavors before you he'll strand you then keep your money. I even had his replacement, Jim Reich in Ocala call him and he acted like a complete idiot according to Mr. Reich that has been practicing in Ocala for 30 years. Jorge, your action are kicken back aren't they? I guess you should have refunded the money spent by my disabled mother. I'm only getting started.
