to a speedy trial (6th amendment) is ignored.,Due process is ignored, buying off the Judges is ignored, the city & county are ignoring the 29 ethics complaints against the DA, and finally innocent until proven guilty is ignored. How the hell is Trinidad and Las Animas County not removing this DA yet? All this guy cares about is winning and not real justice! Guilty until proven innocent is obviously the Las Animas County way of life.
