I was contacted by Frank Ball in November of 2012 regarding an outstanding bill I had from Swedish. It went to collections because Swedish refused to work with me and wouldn't allow me to make an affordable monthly payment. I stopped paying and they gave the case to Mr. Ball. I called him when I received his letter and I was very upset. He immediately tried to calm me down and assured me that he WOULD work with me on payments. He accepted my first offer and allowed me to continue that payment. One month I couldn't make the payment so he let me skip that month and make it up on the following two months. I missed a payment in June 2014 (I didn't realize) and called him because I received a letter. I was pretty nasty on the phone and I said some hurtful things to Mr. Ball. I continued to make my payments and then received a letter from Mr. Ball stating I was paid in full. I knew this couldn't be right so I called him today and he told me that he waived the remaining balance and I was really paid in full. My point to this story is that you can't always believe the nasty reviews you read. I'm betting the people that write mean things about Mr. Ball are not willing to work with him. He is more than willing to work with you but you have to be just as willing to pay your bill. Remember, it is your bill. I am struggling right now and what Mr. Ball did for me and my family is unforgettable. Thank you so much Frank Ball for working with me!!

Frank Ball is a small minded, power hungry attorney who gets his jollies from trying to throw people in jail. He wasted years & money going to law school, becoming a lawyer, so he can be essentially an aggressive collector. Is that what the losers who go to law school do, become a collector? Do you think when he was growing up he said “When I grow up I want to ruin people’s lives?” You can work in collections without even a bachelor’s degree, this guy is pathetic that he has devoted his life to screwing people over instead of doing good with this law degree. As a collector, Frank Ball has no ingenuity or morals. He mostly does credit card collections, thank you CitiBank for hiring such upstanding collectors. Instead of taking a bit of time to investigate & determine what a debtor’s assets are, this creep goes straight to the courts. He wastes the courts time & your money by suing everyone, then demanding the debtor do his work for him by issuing court orders for debtors to provide their assets to him through court ordered interrogatories. Once the creep has your assets, he will try to garnish your wages or freeze money in your bank. This disgusting human gets off by having people arrested for not paying old credit card debt. Seriously, credit card collectors are the scum of the Earth, & they must be ruled by King Frank Ball the Creep. Believe it or not, just because someone owes money, it does not make them a bad person, and there are decent ways to collect debt. Frank Ball is a bad person & he chooses to collect through intimidation, harassment, & later threatens an individuals freedom… over a stupid debt! Remarkable how Frank Ball only places money as a priority in life, not understanding, reason, or compassion…. I feel bad for his family. What is really despicable, is that if you try to pay, through a reasonable payment plan that you can afford to do & take care of your family, he refuses. I asked for a settlement or payment plan offer, & Frank Ball said “I won’t talk numbers with you until you file the interrogatories.” Meaning, he doesn’t want to offer discounts or payments for people without unlimited money, he just demands your asset list so he can force you to pay the full balance at any time by freezing your bank account or garnishing 25% of your check until the inflated balance is paid. He obviously does not care if another human needs their money to care for their children. If this guy is married, his wife must be a gold digger and/or witch herself to approve of the way he treats people. I can’t imagine a man with so little human emotions actually having positive feelings for any breathing creature. Frank Ball is the definition of a dirt bag who loves not only money, but going to any length, including jailing mothers, to make money. The good news is people like him only can only have their reign of terror for a limited time until the people revolt against him. His time will come when he has to answer for his actions. I don’t know how the guy sleeps at night without drinking himself to an oblivion, he clearly is a psychopath incapable of feeling remorse or compassion. He probably doesn’t feel anything but pure greed & is incapable of acting like a decent human being. No one would do Frank Ball’s job if they had any self respect. Only scum & evil are willing to do what Frank Ball does to human beings. And Frank Ball is the biggest scum you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with. DON”T USE CITIBANK as your bank, because CitiBank endorses the behavior of monsters like Frank Ball by allowing him to constantly mistreat their customers in the collection process. CitiBank is a horrible bank. Frank Ball is a horrible person. You may be thinking about hiring Frank Ball, but DON’T. You will get a lot further in life hiring attorney’s with even an ounce of moral character. If you don’t pay your bill to him on time, you may too become one of his victims. Choose any other attorney except this one.
