I live in Florida and had a probate situation in California. I normally don't chose something as important as an attorney just based on reviews I see on the internet, but this guy had great ratings. After one phone call, and talking to his staff, I got a pretty good feeling about the level of professionalism displayed by his staff and took it to the next step by interviewing Mr. Blacksburg. He didn't know me from Adam, yet was very honest and took the time to explain the merits of my case. In the end, he could have simply taken my retainer and shot off some letters that would have done nothing for me, but instead he was honest and said I didn't have a case. With so many attorneys that are desperate for work, it's easy to get taken on a ride, but this guy will at least be honest with you, and in my particular situation, that was the most important thing I could ask for. I would highly recommend him.

He even had a low cost workshop for getting my will done and it was amazing. Completely professional, & fully knowledgeable in getting my will up and running. Very personal as well, I felt like I got to know Michael throughout the process and that helped me be more relaxed while asking questions and making serious considerations for my life.
