The divorce process for the most part is brutal as it is. Take a client that is over 1000 miles away from the action and who is often Hell bent on causing pain to the soon to be ex, being brought into the mess in the middle of proceedings, shortly before trial, and dealing with a less than professional opposing council who is doing everything they can not to cooperate. An undesirable set of circumstances for any barrister, yet one handled VERY well with grace, professionalism, and respect for opposing council by Aubrey Srednicki. I have found Aubrey to be very straight forward, and delivers on everything she says. I wouldn't recommend a divorce to anyone, but if it must be done, I wouldn't recommend entering it without Aubrey as counsel.

Attorney Aubrey Srednicki is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about her clients and work. Aubrey helped prepare me for my court case so I was prepared and not so nervous. She makes you feel important and keeps you up to speed on your case. She also helped me with the preparation of my documents. I highly recommend her if you want a experienced person helping in your families fragile time of need! She's a genuine attorney there to help people, not just for the income.

I had a terrible experience with Miss Srednicki. I would recommend using any other attorney. She made a very dumb mistake filing orders for me, where she didnt even remember who she represented, then she demanded more money to fix her mistake. She made a custody agreement for me with opposing council but did not make them sign it. She let this go on for 2 months, then again demanded more money to fix her mistakes. When she didnt get the outrageous sum of money she demanded, she quit and left me to answer for her mistakes myself. Miss Srednicki is not an honest attorney nor is she accountable for her actions. Save yourself the disappointment and use someone else!!
