Closing attorney on purchase of property. Missed closing date. Uncommunicative. Refused to respond to repeated requests for information on closing. Waited to last minute to request required survey or termite inspection. Failed to respond to title search company. Allowed unpaid taxes to accrue on property. Did not properly document title causing repeated delays as he had to file legal paper work to clear up problems that he was responsible for creating.
