Very disgusted with them. They took advantage of my mother mourning her father and did not get the estate closed, or the property transferred witin the legal amount of time. 7 years later we are still trying to get the estate closed. Mr Servos admitted to the errors of himself and his receptionist, then stated that "its in the past, we should move on". He is on vacation every time we call for the past 7 years. Error and omission claim??? plus a lawsuit????? MOST DEF!!!
Not happy with them! They took advantage of me as a first time home buyer and stuck me with doing all of the utility changes, which made me pay for the previous owner's unpaid city bills! If you absolutely have to go with this company make sure they person helping you isn't retiring the next day & leaving you high & dry!
