Let me just start by saying that taking the step to file bankruptcy can be very scary, and embarrassing. I felt so much same that I was going to have to do this I almost didn't keep my appointment. I am so glad I did! Not only was the process fast, but I was treated with respect! never one time feeling like I should be ashamed of my self or my situation. My payment arrangement is one that I can easily keep, never did I feel like they were just out to get what little money I do have. I went to Robert's office with a very tough issue involving a mortgage modification. After an interview with his assistant, they took the case.
