I have known Mr. Miller since 2005 when I started using his services for my grandchildren. He has represented me and my grandchildren for numerous issues, including a child custody case for my great grand child. He is a people person and, very friendly, and an awesome human being, and he is definitely an excellent or actually he is the best Trial Attorney I've seen in action and I always felt on top of the world after every court hearing and I will never forget the day I was granted custody back, he was well prepared, he had every document on file and evidence we accumulated over the time the case was opened. I was amazed how very prepared he was for every court hearing we had and also before the trial began and he was like a PIT BULL in the court room, he is very strong in the courtroom and there was no rock left unturned and he had my opponent in such a daze he couldn't even think to answer Bayly's questions on the witness stand because Bayly had all the evidence in his file that he compiled and my opponent could not get away with telling any lies, and he ultimately proved my case and I won custody of my boys back as he worked my case efficiently as well and as you can see from my testimony that he did his job very well. I didn't feel alone in the situation as I felt like we were a team, we worked together and we won!!!! We are back to our normal lives and our children are so very relieved and happy to be home now, they are so grateful so I took my children in to meet Bayly and to shake his hand and thank him for what he had done for our family. I wanted my children to know that Bayly is the man who was working so hard for us to get them home. It was a tough road, but Bayly stood by us through it all from September 2010 to June 2012 as it was a long process due to requirements I had to fulfill for the State before fighting for custody of my children and he worked with me allowing me to make payments and worked with me on the retainer in the beginning , and I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs representation.Words cannot express all my gratitude for this Attorney! Bayly is a good attorney, who will fight for your cause. I had a very contentious case. Mr. Miller didn't get nervous by all the accusations, he just pushed forward with the facts. Mr. Miller cares about is clients and he is not just out for a paycheck. If you want an attorney that cares and will fight for you. You can't go wrong.

Exactly the attorney you DO NOT want to consider. He is the laziest, most unpunctual, disrespectful, and unorganized lawyer i have ever thought could even pass a bar exam. He has come to several court dates and meetings so far to represent my case and he has consistantly been at least one hour late every single time. He does not prepare at all until the moring of court hearings because i have met with him the evening before and he had no idea what his plan was and had not gone through the pertinent documents that had been brought to him earlier in the week. We went with him because he was recommended and cheap, but if it had to be done again i would want to go with an actually good attorney ( so far he hasn't been successful with the case) and get my money to be worth it.

I am a soldier and was stationed at Fort Lewis now known as JBLM. I had C Bayly Miller as my attorney and found out later that this would be the worst decision of my life. I had gone through my divorce back in 2008 and I got awarded all the bills. He told me that I could file bankruptcy and I should just settle so I could keep my retirement. Now to back things up a bit. Typical soldier story, I go off to war come home to NO home no money and wife and daughtor living with wifes new boyfriend and wife spent all the money and racked up even more bills. I get the bills, She gets just about everything else. I had to file bankruptcy and I hardly got to see my daughtor BECAUSE of him. I had to PCS to Fort Hood and had another deployment since leaving Washington and Now I dont get to see my daughtor because of him. OH AND TO LET YOU ALL KNOW, MY EX-WIFE HAS A DRUG CHARGE AND HER LIVE IN BOYFRIEND HAS A FELONY GUN CHARGE ON HIM WHEN HE PULLED A GUN ON MY EX-WIFE WITH MY DAUGHTOR JUST OUTSIDE OF THE RESIDENCE AND MR MILLER KNEW THIS AND STILL SHE DID NOT LOOSE CUSTODY. I really Suggest you all stay away from him he will misrepresent you to the fullest, he will keep taking your hard earned money and leave you with nothing! I also am going to the Attorney General about his conduct as a lawyer as well as him misrepresenting me as a FATHER!
