These people are incompetent, slow and cannot communicate with their customers. Don't use them to close a house deal. Don't use them at all!

Just closed on my house today. I had a great experience with this firm. Mr Dankos was very personable and his company was efficient in making my dream come true. This house had several issues on the sellers side and after going through 2 different title companies and another law firm, Mr Dankos actually took the time to solve the problem. After two months of agonizing time I was waiting for closing it all finally ended today thanks to this firm completely. I recommend this firm to anyone with house closings and I plan on using them at any other time in my own life.
