Unfortunaley... I would have to disagree with the review below. Mr. Nichols is a nice guy but did not argue or WANT TO argue the legal grounds in such a way that I wanted to be defended. When push came to shove, he refuses to bring up SOLID legal points in my defense and continues to do so even til today. His position on the matter is that his "contract has expired" and thus no longer is obligated to defend or help you in any way despite new evidence in the case. Although affordable, I would suggest you find an attorney with more experience before you are disappointed in the court room. Eight-hundred dollars later (the last bit of wealth I had left), I am no better now than I was before I walked into his office.
