Mr. Brown is a good attorney. Unfortunately his staff does not support his merit. They do not communicate important information effectively, they are not timely on their transactions, they hide from you when they do not have answers, etc. If you are focused on service and your case is of utmost importance I would consider these facts before handing his practice a case.
