Went there to get some paperwork written up on a past divorce, not through them. From the minute I sat down the lawyer started in on me. Saying I was out looking for a free ride. That I was wanting people to wipe my ass for me. That I wanted everything free in life and that I was not out to work for it my self. That I wanted every thing handed to me for free. I tried to explain that I was needing some paper work written up and was wanting to know how much he would charge. That I was not looking for a free ride and was going to pay. He then went off on me about how I did not make an appointment. I told him that I just got the money over the weekend and that today was the only day I could do this. As soon as I went into the office I had asked if he was OK with seeing me without an appointment and he said he was OK. I do not know if he was friends with my ex-husband's lawyer, he said he knew him, and that set him off. Or maybe he hated females. I really do not know what set this guy off. All I did was go in, tell him what paper I was looking for a lawyer to write up and that I was going to pay. This lawyer had so problem and he took it out on me from the minute I sat down in his office, after he said for me to come in. I took the verbal abuse from him for about 10 minutes then finally had it. I told him that I did not need his help and would go to another lawyer. I then called him a pompous ass and walked out. This lawyer has some serious issues and he needs help. I would not suggest anyone going to him. Also he has a medium small dog that he lets lose in the office. This dog was running around and barking at me every time I moved, coughed, or said a word as I was in the waiting area before the lawyer saw me. This dog was out of control and even jumped up on the couch several times to check me out. It even put it's paws on my chest and sniffed my face several times. I was scared that this dog would bite me if I pushed her off of me so I did nothing. When I left the front desk help was holding the dog in fear that I would get bit by it. Note: I am currently 8 months pregnant on a high risk list under my doctors care. I was told to reduce my stress greatly or suffer another miscarriage. Let me tell you, this visit to this lawyer greatly stressed me out and it took a while for me to relax and stop the false contractions that this stress brought on. I had even left the lawyers office in tears on how he laid into me on how I was nothing but a freeloader. The lawyer is out of control and so is his dog.
