I have never met a more rude & uncaring child of God in my whole life. Jennifer is her name and she is very evil and not understanding. I believe she gets her thrills by being mean to others. Her tone is unbelievable. She has absolutely NO customer service skills and would not even allow me to speak to the attorney. You would have thought I owed her money out of her pocket. I would expect an attorney to act this way. Maybe she is upset because she wishes she could be an attorney and is stuck answering the calls instead. She smirked and laughed and was just down right ugly. I pray for her and her soul. God does not like ugly. God please bless her.
